About Yantram Medtech

From a single problem – missed early warning signs – to a full ecosystem for continuous, intelligent care.

Yantram Medtech Pvt Ltd is a health-tech startup building an integrated ecosystem of wearable medical devices, AI-driven patient management software, and mobile applications that connect patients, nurses, doctors and systems on one unified platform.

We started with a simple but vital question: “How many complications in newborns and adults could be prevented if we had continuous, structured data at the right time?”

Our team has taken multiple products from concept to clinical pilots and commercialization, secured competitive grants in India and the UK, and built an interoperable hospital platform designed for the realities of high-volume, resource-constrained settings.

“We want early detection and intelligent triage to be the default, not the exception – from a village PHC to a tertiary hospital.”

Our Journey

  • 2019–2020 Identified gaps in neonatal hypothermia and fever monitoring in low-resource environments.
  • 2021–2022 Built early prototypes of continuous temperature wearables; ran pilots with clinicians and NGOs.
  • 2023 Expanded into a full patient management and triage platform using global standards (SNOMED CT, LOINC, FHIR).
  • 2024 Commercial launch of neonatal temperature monitoring device (NV-Core) and deployment in ambulances and community programs.
  • 2025 & beyond Scaling multi-vital patches, breast-health thermal screening concepts, and AI-enabled decision support across hospitals and public health systems.

A unified ecosystem of devices, software and apps

Devices

NV-Core – Neonatal Temperature Monitor

Most newborns who get dangerously cold show no obvious signs—and parents realise it only when it’s too late. Hypothermia is one of the leading, yet least recognised, risks for newborns. NV-Core steps in by catching early hypothermia at its very first drop. It gently guides parents to begin Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC), the life-saving skin-to-skin warmth, and tells them if their baby is improving. If the baby needs extra support, NV-Core instantly alerts ASHA workers and PHC doctors. A quiet guardian for moments when neonates cannot speak for themselves.

  • Designed for homes, ambulances and neonatal units
  • Continuous temperature monitoring
  • Bluetooth connectivity to mobile apps

VitalZ – Multi-vital Monitoring Patch (in development)

A compact wearable patch designed to continuously track key vitals such as heart rate, respiratory rate, SpO₂ and temperature, with AI algorithms to flag early deterioration.

  • Built for wards, step-down units and home monitoring
  • Integrates with Yantram’s patient management platform
  • Enables nurse-light, AI-assisted monitoring

Breast Health & KMC Innovations (pipeline)

Exploration of thermal-sensor-based breast health screening concepts and KMC-supporting wearables such as a Kangaroo Mother Care sling with integrated proximity and safety sensors, to support women’s health and newborn care in low-resource settings.

Software & Mobile Apps

Yantram Patient Management Platform (HIMS + CDSS)

A cloud-based, modular platform that brings triage, vitals, clinical notes, tasks and alerts into one place.

  • Built using SNOMED CT and LOINC for structured data
  • AI-based triage aligned with AIIMS emergency protocol
  • Supports patient transfers, bed management and OT workflows
  • Designed for high patient volumes with low IT overhead

Mobile apps for nurses, doctors & families

Simple, intuitive mobile apps to keep everyone in sync across the care journey.

  • Nurse app for vitals capture, device pairing and alerts
  • Doctor app for live patient lists, trends and decision support
  • Parent / caregiver views for safe home monitoring in neonatal programs
  • Designed to be multilingual and easy to adopt

Built for real-world healthcare workflows

Hospitals & Clinics

Early warning for deterioration, automated triage and prioritisation, reduced nurse workload through continuous monitoring and smart alerts, and structured data for quality improvement.

Government Health Systems & CSR

Ideal for newborn and maternal health programs, SNCUs, PHCs and CHCs. Supports large-scale deployments with central dashboards and is a strong fit for projects funded via state health budgets, CSR and development agencies.

NGOs & Foundations

Low-cost devices and simple workflows for community health workers and ASHAs, baseline and endline data capture for impact evaluation, and robust tools for KMC and hypothermia awareness campaigns.

Remote & Home Monitoring

Safe follow-up monitoring after discharge, home-based fever and hypothermia tracking in newborns and young children, and remote alerts that improve continuity of care.

Impact and real-world traction

Our devices and platforms are being deployed in clinical and community settings through pilots with hospitals, medical colleges, NGOs and CSR partners.

We focus on conditions where minutes and early detection matter – neonatal hypothermia, sepsis risk, maternal complications and deterioration in high-risk adults.

Yantram’s team has collectively secured multiple competitive grants in India and the UK, including projects focused on continuous monitoring, AI-enabled decision support and workflow redesign.

Clinical Pilots

Deployed with teaching hospitals and maternal–child health programs in India.

Community Programs

Implemented with NGOs in rural and urban slum communities for newborn care and KMC.

Designed for Scale

Cloud-native architecture and interoperable data standards to scale across districts and states.

Quality & Compliance

Hardware and processes aligned with ISO 13485 quality systems and global data standards.

For Investors & Strategic Partners

Yantram Medtech sits at the intersection of medical devices, AI-driven software and public health impact. We are building an integrated stack that can scale from a single clinic to entire districts and states – while generating structured, high-quality data that powers better decisions.

Our long-term ambition is to build a category-defining health-tech company with the governance, compliance and scalability required for eventual public markets, while staying deeply grounded in real-world clinical needs.

Why partner with us?
